whole place was clean with magnificent views; perfect location close to many restaurants. lots of goodies for breakfast. everything was simply perfect.

I loved prime location and how the place is spotless. The room was very specious and good standard, the bed was amazing. Piano bar was fab and reasonably priced. Perfect service and a very warm restaurant, available onsite.

Everything is nice, nice value, aesthetic hotel overall. The staff here is immensely pleasant and immensely pleasant! Sensational breakfast with lots of food, also with perfect breads, scrambled eggs, meats, croissants and cereals. They have Irish bar, paid parking and good pool.

Views are miserable.

Honest staff and good value. The breakfast was REASONABLY GOOD - lots of food, including meats, bread, cereals, scrambled eggs and croissants. I had a non-smoking king room with a fabulous view of cathedral. Decent facilities and the pool was well-maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay. By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Lucerne, had much fun. We could see mountain from our window. The staff always were amazing!

The breakfast we ordered was poor.
